Reporting to the Director of Development, with a dotted line to the Senior Manager of Institutional Giving, the Development Coordinator will play a key role in project managing development activities and supporting all aspects of The Kitchen’s fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include database management and income tracking, moves management support, coordination of development events such as the Spring Gala, and ensuring the department stays organized and on track with its goals. A major upcoming project will be guiding the transition from the current CRM (AudienceView) to a new, more integrated platform.
