November 4–7, 1987
Indian Blood was a performance work written by Robbie McCauley comprised of monologues, visual projections, and live music. The show mixed personal history with social and political commentary in a discussion of the effects of race and class in both the past and present. It was the third installment of a serial performance work entitled Confessions of a Working Black Woman and, like McCauley's other pieces, used family history to comment on social circumstances.
